1) How effectively do you manage your leads? I contact every lead and stay in contact until they are mine or I discard them. I am following up on enough leads to achieve the level of production I want but there are always more leads that are not followed up on. There are many leads that I don't follow up on or lose after the first contact 2) How strong is your listing presentation? I take over 70% of the listings that I go after I take most of the listings I go after but I don't have confidence in my presentation, many are overpriced, and my sellers are always demanding more of me. I know my listing presentation needs attention. 3) How effective are you with buyers? My buyers buy quickly with a minimum amount of problems for me or them. I show a lot of houses to each buyer but they are very happy with me. Most of my buyer transactions take too long and encounter difficulty at some stage between first meeting and inspections being approved. 4) Do you have a personal marketing campaign that creates the foundation of your business? When people who know me see me they immediately associate my name with Real Estate and I make sales each month from my marketing efforts. My personal marketing is hit or miss with little consistency. And/or I do send calendars once a year. 5) How strong is your service to your clients? I speak to my listed sellers, my pending clients, and my motivated buyers at least weekly on schedule. I maintain good contact with my clients until an offer is accepted and then I lose touch. My sellers call me before I call them, my buyers often leave me, and I am embarrassed to call after closing because I've lost touch. 6) How often do you look at your goals for motivation? I've set goals for this year. I am continuously aware of where I stand in relationship to those goals and that keeps me excited about my business. I set goals this year and have a sense of where I am but won't actually know until year-end how I have actually done. Goals? Every week on schedule or more than once per week. Every month I do a monthly and year to date review so I have a good sense of my numbers. I don't look or track my numbers in any meaningful way. 8) How would your describe your efforts regarding Assistants and Teams? I am happy working on my own or with my present staff and have no interest in expanding to a team or expanding my team. My business would benefit from having an assistant; from making changes to my present team; or from adding licensed help with buyers and/or sellers. I am frustrated with my business. Yes- I am making enough to live comfortably and securely retire. Sort of- I am getting by and living ok but I have no secure financial future. I live month by month. No I am barely making ends meet and I am worried about my future. Not sure I should stay in this business. 10) How often do you take time for yourself and your loved ones? I have scheduled days off each week, long weekends regularly, and at least a full week of vacation each year. My business seldom interferes with my time off.
